You'll need to find a kit for a b series. I bought mine for a Integra, just depending on what style manifold and turbo you get, the wastegate may sit where your rad and A/C condenser is and the turbo mite sit low where the A/C compressor is. I have to change to a half rad and remove my A/C to run the kit I have, So I'm not using it this CRV anymore, going to use it for another car.

You will need to make the piping your self to make everything fit properly.

i used a kit for an EK with a b16 (canadian 99/00 SiR). It uses a STR logish type manifold and there remains to be room for the AC and with a modified mount, power steering. I only used half of the intercooler piping as i was able to clock the turbo to face out towards the front and fabricated a short 90* to go right into the intercooler.

heres a list of things youre going to need,

Turbo (since you only want a bit of power, go with a smaller turbo, it will spool quickly and get you into boost very fast)
exhaust manifold (flange must mate to your turbo, im assuming youre going to go with a t3/t4 but it really depends on the turbo)
intercooler (ebay bar and plate is good, dont get too torn up about fancy ones)
intercooler piping (again, ebay is fine, hard to screw up an aluminum pipe with flares)
fuel injectors (dsm 440's are budget oriented)
wastegate (if your turbo doesnt have an internal one)
Blow off valve (psh psh. ebay HKS is just dandy, and cheap. its a knock off of a real HKS, but has no issues)
wideband o2 sensor (AEM UEGO or Innovate are good)
oil lines (feed, return, oil pan bung, either filter sandwich plate or oil pressure sensor T)

now heres the important one -
A way to tune. Crome is fine for low boost. hondata s300 is primo obviously. Ask whoever is going to tune it was they suggest.

went back to basics with my new set up now...
b20(p8r) greddy turbo kit for 99-00 civic Si, a/c and p/s in!
there are several log manifold that you could still accomodate all features, im sure ebay would have
several listings, there is a kit for integras w/ a/c and p/s availabilty, manifold is around 350++ then
look for a good turbo, as ussual pipings would have to be custom made and important part is tuning!
crome, aem, hondata, ectune, neptune... all the same, it depends on the tuner on what is his/her
preference.. crome is most common since basemap availability is common and software is user friendly,
i know since the who made crome is my tuner/builder..LOL!

Tuning would really be the same for auto or 5 speed. The only problem with doing it to a auto, is honda auto trannys don't handle to well to much more power over stock. That's just a problem all the auto trannys have.

if you know a good electrician... it should work, we did a double ecu in one of our auto b16 civic back then,
its obd2 and the auto ecu has to do w/ the shifting but we hacked in the obd1 ecu to control ignition,
timing,fuel..etc

good luck!

**btw, somebody here w/ an autobox V did a vtec conversion and had it dyno tuned, you might
wanna search for that V owner...

greddy turbo kit uses t28... fast spool but limited power... id say not moe than 300hp
my last set up with this kit, i made 240hp, 256tq @10psi, good enough for a daily driven V, i used it
for almost 2yrs until i got the "itch" and wanted more power, boost is like a drug... addictive!!!

When it comes to tuning, don't cheap out. Spend the money and find the right shop that can do it properly, other wise you could blow you engine.

Tuning is not one of those things you want to cheap out on, do it right the first time.

swap it to manual...not only is it easier/better, but it will actually last. honda doesnt have the best automatic transmissions. Especially early/mid 90's with added power.

You're asking all these questions yet you have no clue to what you're doing or what you actually want. Not to be an ***, I'm only wanting to help ya out here....you need to go to the Forced Induction section on Honda-Tech and read all you can. The basics of turbo'n any motor is almost identical. You'll need to spend a few months in that forum before you can even think about jumping in head first. Making a mistake on a turbo setup/motor is not as forgiving as an N/A motor. You'll need to know EVERYTHING before you start purchasing.
