Default Certain interior electronics will work...and then they won't.

I just titled it because i didn't know any other way. Here my problem. The gauge cluster, tunerview II, and all-in-one subwoofer turn on and off randomly. Like say one day i'll get in my car and the gauge cluster won't light up. But then a month later it will. Same thing goes with the Tunerview and the Subwoofer. The first thing i checked was the grounds so i cleaned them with baking soda. I'm pretty stumped on this one. I was told i have a "puny" charge harness. Perhaps it could be that? Not getting enough juice? However i just bought a brand new Duralast Gold battery and the alternator checked out fine too. Any input would be appreciated.

Same problem with the parking lights as the cluster lights?

Hmm haven't checked the parking lights but i will as soon as i get a chance. As far as the cluster, say the background lights work (check engine, low oil, etc) but the main lights won't turn on. At first i thought it was maybe a bad connection to the cluster but since i'm having problems with the other things i know it's not.
