How does the little clip for the sun visior come out? Ive got everything else out to remove the head liner but cant get that little clip

 

Twist 90 degrees and pull.

 

There is a little tab that keeps it from turning - carefully press the tab in, and turn 90 degrees to remove. Don't be too disappointed if the tab breaks. They get brittle after 15+ years. I think Honda still sells them.
