Default bogging issue on d16z6

I got stock d16z6 with dc header intake and exhaust and just got an adjustable obx cam gear and this dude at my work installed it and advamced it 4degrees...the issue im having is when im at dead stop and go to rolloutta 1st it bogs up til about 2000 rpm then its good after that...only bogs at take off from dead stop

If u did not have this issue before the obx cam gear install then you would think that its timing that is not right, I would adjust cam gear or distributor or both to see where it runs best, just my 2 cents

Don't let him near your car ! lol you don't just advance it 4 degrees with out knowing WHAT you're doing and the affects it will have. this is a simple fix put the stock one back there's no need for an adjustable gear in your case. OR set this one correctly !

Should i just set the cam gear back to 0 and wait til i have someone tune it before adjusting it...?

Would the 0 be tdc? Idk where to line it up by since no timing marks

the pix is 0 then check your ignition timing

it was advanced at 4 degrees but i set it back to 0 and its good now i guess he advanced it to much
