motor mount question
I would try and place a jack under the oil pan with a piece of wood to protect the pan. Raise th engine and take the weight off the mount enough to get the bolt out and a new one in. I would buy the new bolt from Honda - it should have a lock tab on the nut so you only spin the bolt in and don't turn the nut. Can't remember but I want to say torque on the bolt was somewhere in the 40-50 ftlb range.
Also, I would put the new bolt in hand tight. Then start the car, put it in drive, then reverse, then drive again, then park. Then tighten the bolt. I did this when I replaced my mounts because my engine was vibrating a bit in reverse (on advice of a really cool Honda tech). It worked.

I'm not sure I understand why you would need to "drill it out". The bolt is loose in the actual mount - it should slide in and out. Are you talking about the bolt highlighted in this picture or the bolt that actually secures the mount to the engine?
Noooo. Sorry. See part number 13. There's a bolt similar on the bottom that's broken. Not the cross bolt. It mounts the mount to the trans not the trans to the rad support
Ouch. Just my opinion, but I would buy the Honda bolt, by the time you mess around trying to match it you can just buy one and what are we talking, a few bucks? I'm not a bolt extractor expert but here is where I would start. A method from our blokes in the UK. I'd hit it with some PB blaster first.
Just take your time and get a drill bit one size smaller and keep it lubed while drilling and drill it out. It is not a hard if you take your time. Make sure you get a new drill bill to start with.
