15x8 Offset question

I have a 1994 civic coupe ex, and i am wanting to buy 15x8 diamond racing wheels. What offset and tires will fit with no rubbing lowered 2 in, after i roll my fenders?

Don't buy those HIDEOUS wheels. There are 4329574393243743826 other wheels that look better.

i have fitted 15x8 with 0 offset wheels to my em1 with rolled arches.
they are still out past the arches and IMO the amount of stretch to get them under would look horrible.
Camber them a little & maybe 195/45 tires with rolled arches should help.
just my opinion.
