A/C HELP NEEDED!! Will R12 compressor from a 92 GSR work in an 00 Civic Si?
Ok, so here goes:
I bought an AC compressor from a guy brand new in the Honda box. Only thing is -- the compressor is for a 92 GSR.
My car (2000 Civic Si) uses R-134a and the compressor is labeled R12.
My question is -- can I drain all the mineral oil and flush the compressor with Ester oil. Then drain the Ester oil and insert the PAG46 oil. Or is it impossible?
