p28 limp mode no cel
Alright lets start off with my car, I got a 99 civic sedan and swapped in an lsv. Im using a si distributor ,neptuned p28 ecu tuned. ive been using the same wire harness since I did the swap (2 years).
So now to my problem. Drove my car the night before perfectly fine, next morning car starts up fine idles fine no check engine light. On the way to the gas station noticed my car wouldn't pass 3000 rpm car would just bog. I have tried searching and have never found any answers to this considering I don't have a check engine I don't know where to start. I tried unplugging tps sensor(just to see if my cel light comes on and it does). changed my igniter that's about it.
Any ideas what it could be?

I would check the spark plugs and/or spark plug wires. If it's not that, it has something to do with the ignition (distributor, rotor button, ignitor, etc.).

alright so just changed my wires to some spare taylor wires I had, same thing 2 steps at 3000. don't have money for new wires right now. I guess ill try changing out my coil too when I get a chance
alright weirdest thing happened, went to go datalog the 3000rpm limit the moment I started datalogging and reved, car reved normally? disconnected the demon from my laptop car still reved normally, turn car off and back on and rev limits at 3000 again until I click start datalogging then it revs normal?
