Underbody Coating Spray
Just bought a 2012 Honda AWD Pilot and was thinking about doing a underbody coating spray. I live in WI and here we have salt on the roads during winter season.
Are they any Pilot owners in here that has done underbody spray? Does this protect the vehicle from rusting? Also, does it eliminate some of the road noise? Is this worth it?
I called Ziebart and they quoted me $500 and $125 for sound deadening.

I havent personally used it but a good friend of mine has his cars coated by Ziebart and touched up yearly. His cars do seem to have much cleaner underbodies than mine so I would say yes it does stop the rust if you keep up with it. The coating doesnt seem to be a one time application problem solver
Be careful! Undercoating really needs to be done when the vehicle is brand-new, before it has been introduced to the elements. If you're going to attempt it on a used vehicle, the entire undercarriage would need to be professionally steam-cleaned and THOROUGHLY DRIED before the undercoating is applied. Otherwise, you'd just be sealing in moisture and accellerating the rusting process.
