RR Power Window Issue
The problem started back somewhere in 2009-2010. It'll intermittently stops working then works a few days later, and so on. Then one day it just stops working. Good thing the window was up when it stops working. I thought it was a bad regulator.
So finally yesterday, I tested the car's side of the harness with the test light, and it lights up both ways when you press up and down. But, when you hook up the regulator, the motor only works in the UP position and not down. BTW, I did check my master switch and the RR switch just to be sure that it's not them. All was good. So I went and gave the regulator both power and ground and vice versa, sure enough both went up and down no problem, but doesn't go down when you hook it up by switch.
Here's a picture of the RR power window switch connector:

I tested for power and grounds at the switch connector. There's constant power at white/yellow wire (far right). There's ground at yellow/white (2nd wire from the right), and no ground coming from the Yellow wire far left. There's ground on this Yellow wire on the LF door switch. So my issue lies within that area and so it's not the regulator nor switch. What I did was pulled the boot between the door and chasis back to see if I can find a broken wire, but no luck. I then was messing and trying to unplug the harness from the door jam but no luck and all of the sudden my RR window can go down again. I installed the boot back and it stops working. I remove the boot again and carefully re-installed it, so that it doesn't disturb it. And now window is fully functional. Hmm...
Here's a wiring diagram of the RR power window:

All I can see here with the yellow wire is that it comes from the master and to the RR switch. Maybe the wire is loose in that area or what it connects to inside the door jam. Definitely will be a better view with the door removed, but it looks like a PITA to put back though.
Anyone have this problem before?

I have not but there was another member I was trying to help a while back that was having the same issue.
I'll see if I can find that thread, you could PM them and see what they found.

Thanks for the replies guys!
Djkurious, no, I don't have the problem anymore ever since I wiggled where the harness disappear into the door jam and started working. I believe it was just a loose connection there and needs to be wiggled a bit. I recommend you give that a try. Pull the boot back a bit just enough and wiggle the **** out of it and push the connector in hard just to be sure it's in then try to roll your window up and down.
