my boosted CRV build thread
new CRV owner here...ive been building hondas for years and always tossed around the idea of a boosted awd CRV. After someone pulled out in front of me forcing me to total my Integra Type R clone i went ahead and bought a V.
alot of work is already done and ive only just begun..ill be using this thread to document my progress on the build
2001 CRV EX AWD 5 SPEED
Ksport 1 piece coilovers for a 98 accord (custom welding to fit)
Energy suspenion bushing all around
S2000 front brakes with drilled and slotted rotors
Custom Hasport mount on the rear differential
Custom front traction bars
Yonaka exhaust with resonator from my integra
EM1 Si cluster
55 watt 6k HIDS
AUTHENTIC Junction Produce rear pillows, headrests and FUSA and TSUNA knots
ive had a few sets of wheels on the CRV so far so im going to list them all here
Work Meister S1 3p 19x8.5 et 36 fr 19x9.5 et36 rear
2006 Civic Si wheels
2001 Prelude SH wheels
Cragar V5 wheels for a Jeep
went camping last weekend

put the works on for a meet

sprayed the bumpers and trim black yesterday

wheel wh0re

ill be updating more as i go, ive already got my whole turbo kit together as well as some supporting mods i just need a few more fittings and lines and i will be installing the kit and getting tuned...
questions? comments? death threats??
EDIT: sorted out the broken links

3 cans of paint. Covered side molding, bumpers and trimming along wheel well n bottom of car. 3 coats of paint. No scuffing needed since SEMs new bumper coated is self adhesive. Be sure to use something thatll clean off all wax n residue n dirt offbefore u start

Yeah they look good with those lips.
Good to see your getting your parts in for the turbo build. I have a full kit here for mine for about 3 months now lol.

I'm just curious with why the S2000 front brakes? I know the rotors are .7in bigger, but I thought the calipers themselves were a lot smaller. How'd the install go? Plug and play?
