Default OBD0 stock BIN files

it works with 0bd0 vtec ecu`s, easy to chip the car, all you need to do is install a 28 pin unit and use that to swap chips in/out, you dont have to add/remove resistors like hondata etc.

if you get an ostrich from http://www.moates.net and a wideband you can use the ostrich and data log via that and the ecu , it also allows for real time ajustment of the load tables .

saves us changing out obd0 pw0 ecus to obd1 ecu+looms etc, plus its constantly in devolopment and new features are appearing every week.
I'm wondering if anyone has found a good way to open up OBD0 stock BIN files that are floating around.

For instance, the PH3 from the JDM b20a that came in JDM Accords in the late 80's, or the PK2 that is similar. I tried Turboedit, BRE, Uberdata, and all of the modern obd1 programs (which don't open these obd0 files properly, lots of jibbrish everywhere).

All my research doesn't seem to lead to anything useful.

There has to be a way. Anyone?

Why do you want to re-invent the wheel? Just toss in a OBD1 and call it good.
You may think its cheaper to go with what you have but its a wasted effort for out of dated stuff.

I'm more looking to see WHAT the ignition timing is at WOT at high RPM on those ROMs are.

Wondering what kind of timing Honda runs, stock, on pump gas, with a 95mm stroke.

It's basically the pr4 maps with more fuel.

If you want to know what any stock honda runs just tune it, then take out 10* of ignition and about 5% fuel

But seriously get a hex editor, and copy the maps (which are pretty easy to see) into a turboedit rom.

and SwordOfDoom, OBD1 is not cheaper. It'll run you a bare minimum of $200 to convert to OBD1, and TurboEdit is WAAAAY better than Crome-free so unless you're shelling out extra money for a license or paying for an RTP, it's also not as reliable.

A majority of the honda engines run on practically the same ignition timing tables. This goes for Stock OBD0 ROMs such as PR4, PM6, and PM7

there are pretty noticeable ignition differences between the PM6, PM7 and PR4. but they are all relatively interchangeable because they're tuned so conservatively.
