Default my built gsr won't stay on

Ok so I recently built my gsr it's in a 92 hatchback it's on a base map on a hondata s 300 so I go to turn it on and won't stay on with out me pressing on the gas peddle I have double checked everything plenty of times and still can't find out what it is fuel pressure is at 45 compression 145 all around timing is set perfect can someone please help!?

That compression is kinda weak. What happens if you use an unmodified/stock ECU?

Especially weak for a GSR.

What injectors are you using? Are you throwing any CELs? You call your engine "built", what about it is built?

Sounds more like a low idle problem. CEL codes? Clean IACV and FITV? Adjust idle speed?
