I have just purchase a 2011 Honda civic Si and the front bumper was damaged and the driver side fog light was missing I want to purchase another OEM bumper but I was wondering are there any place that someone can purchase the bumper and have it painted then shipped? thanks for any advice.

 

you can take you chances with ebay stores, they will sell you a new oem replacement bumper painted. or find a used oem one.

 

I'd recommend buying the bumper from someone like oemacuraparts.com or rockauto.com and take it to someone who will paint it. I just took a bumper for a CRV to Maaco and had them paint it. They checked with Honda for the paint mix and you can't tell the difference.
