Any idea where I can get it from or what its called? I just bought BMW 3 series basket bbs rims for my REX. I want to paint the logo on my hood BMW pantone blue. But I can't find a little bottle of it. Please help.

 

Here is a quick photoshop I did of my car with the rims I bought yesterday. I need the blue from the logo. Where can I buy just a bit of it for my front H on the hood.

go to any automotive paint supplier they should have paint chip books you can look at and match up.

 

Thank you for the reply. I went on eBay to ask someone if they can mix it for me. I will let you know how it turns out.

 

I would go to a actual brick motor store. Ebays prices are about the same as an actual store! Plus you need to go look at the paint from diffrent angles in the sun, and Pick.. someone who mixes it will just mix and send. There are shade varients in the same paint code and depending where it was painted will change who supplier was and such. Even factory paint jobs are failed by many varents. Look at a car with a metalic paint, the bumper will always be a shade off. it is because thos parts are painted in a diffrent factory or diffrent line (with the same paint code) because of them being plastic. If they do match then its more then not been re painted.

 

I have the color code for the mixture. Where could I bring that to get the best mix. I am still waiting on the eBay supplier to gt back to me. Mean while I did a little painting. Heres my side mirrors I did in my at home person spray booth. They came out okay so far. We will see how they handle the weather though.
