Aside from the main window switches and fuse is their another window control module for the windows?

My Drivers window won't go down along with the rear passengers. I've replaced the driver regulator and got no results. Changed out the main power window switch with a used one and still have the same problem. I did a voltage test on the two R/B and R/Y wires that feed the motor and im not getting any voltage to them when the switches are pressed and I also checked to see if they are actually connected back to the main switch which they are. Also checked all window fuses and they are also getting voltage.

I'm stump on this problem and any advice would be helpful

 

inspect the wires that are in the wire loom between the door

 

i actually just went through this with my cr-v, i bought a door module because my door locks and remote stopped working, then I removed the door panel and uplugged the harnesses and the body side harness had wires broken at the pins.
