I have a Jdm SIR II motor with a p30 ecu in my 92 civic VX I ordered a rywire budget harness and plugged everything up but for some reason I'm getting a CEL. When I ground it and try to get a code I don't get anything I've tried several different ecus and all the same thing. When grounded the light comes on for a sec then goes off. Anyone with insight on what may be the problem
