oil pump blew up threw a rod, my plan..... will It work?
So my b18a *309k* threw a rod on cyl 3, I've aquired another b18a with less miles then mine *90-110k*
I know I will need:
-oil pump
-oil pan gasket
*potentially need new windage tray*
-new head bolts/studs
-head gasket
-oil & coolant
As for everything else, I'll just switch it over from blown block. (H20 pump, timing belt, oilpan etc.)
My question is, what am I forgetting/ leaving out?
*I'm 99% sure my piston didn't slap my valves*
Any help is welcome, I'll post pics in 5 days lolol

i'd send the head in for a valve job, i've had two cars i've worked on that sent us end over end diagnosing the vehicle on why it didn't run
