The specs on the ITR rims are 50 mm offset, 15"x6", center bore 64 mm, bolt pattern 5 x 114.3.
Ever wonder why they chose 114.3 mm as the diameter of the bolt circle? Because it's exactly 4 1/2 inches.
You'll need 15" rims. You can buy steel rims at the Tire Rack. If you buy your winter tires and rims as a package there, you won't have to pay anything for mounting and balancing.
Remember that the stock lug nuts have a spherical (acorn) seating surface. Either (a) make sure the steel rims also have a spherical (acorn) seating surface, or (b) if you get steel rims with a conical (tapered) seating surface, you'll need to also get a set of lug nuts to match.
