Back in this b**** again!!
This is my re-intro into Honda-Tech and Honda's again. I started out in 1998-99 in Texas with my first car being a White '92 EG hatch that soon got a JDM GSR motor swap with skunkworks (skunk2) coilovers, bronze TE-37's in 16's and gutted of course. That car eventually got a B16A stroked 2.1 set up with a JG/Bensons combo with revhard T3/T4 in early 2001. But before I could do anything with it the car sadly enough burned to the ground while getting some work done at a shop.
I messed around a little bit here and there with my honda's, in 2002 or so I had a '93 EG Si that I did a B20 Vtec with the same JG head I had on the other hatch.
I joined the Army in '06 and came home after my first deployment and bought a gunmetal EK9 with everything Type R'd on it (motor/trans and wheels) and before I could really do anything else to it, I deployed again. I sold that EK after I got back and bought an '03 Evo that was basically all looks with a decent tune 330awhp. I got tired of that evo and bought an '05 Evo 8 MR that was tuned on E85 with 400awhp and now I have a '08 Evo X MR tuned @ 28psi on E85 making north of 450awhp.
Still regretting that I never had the chance to own my favorite Honda, I bought a '97 Integra Type R (shell) that I will be using as my daily so I can park the Evo. The teggy is clean with wire tuck, new paint all around. The car came with alot so I only have to buy the 5 lug suspension and wheels, seats and an engine. I just picked up an engine so 5 lug and wheels are next.
Sorry about the long story but I'm pretty excited about getting the Type R on the road (so it can get stolen lol)
