Default B16a Sir2 Turbo build

okay so I've finally gotten my car ready for a build. its a 92 b16a sir2 with about 38k miles on her. completely stock. im going to open her up soon and drop in some eagle rods and pistons, along with new seals and bearings and springs. Also have stage 2 crower cams lined up with dual retainers. thats about all i wanna do to the motor, ill have an eldelbrock intake manny and headers. i want to run a strong all motor b series before i boost it.

i want a big turbo, highway roll all day, whats a good size turbo, im shooting for WHP in the high 400 range.

so yea, i am new to forced induction and id like a little advice.

You will definitely need injectors and fuel pump. Also you would have to decide what compression you want before you go buying pistons and rods. Usually people who build all N/A motors go for high compression while those who build boosted motors go for lower compression, for a VARIETY of different reasons. Here is a good link about forced induction and has a lot of useful information https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...ght=Turbo+Type

I am pretty much a noob as well, but I have learned a lot about motors and boosting from researching without asking one question. You already have the most important aspect, which is setting a hp goal. Now just research, research research. There are tons of threads on here about b16a turbo builds, and am pretty sure there a thread just for those builds in particular.

Read the FAQs completely at least twice. That should familiarize you with the basic concepts and things needed for a proper build. It will also help you with fuel choice, manifold choice and the basics of turbo sizing and selection
