Default 89 civic obd0 to obd1 pin a16???

Hello fellow members. I am in the process of building my own obd0 to obd1 harness. I have read many threads, but i can't seem to find any info regarding my problem. I have a p28 from a 94 civic si and i cut the plugs that go with the p28, but pin a16 for the altenator is missing. not there. Is there a chance that this ecu is pinned differently? this has stumped me and research has left me with nothing. If you could help with me with this it would be much appreciated. thanks.

It should be there - white/green wire.
Maybe you are wiring backwards?

That's the thing, i know it should be there. but my whole harness does not have a white/green wire and as matter of fact my vtec wire is a different color than what everyone else has. I will post a picture in the morning to show. its very weird.
