Icon6 Cb7 help!

Yayyy another problem with the cb7. So I think about 2-2.5 thousand miles ago I cleaned out the rusted gas tank, made it all shiny and clean and put a new fuel pump/fuel filter in it and after that it ran perfectly. I changed the valve cover gasket 1.5 thousand miles ago and it still ran great! Now this is where I'm lost. One day it doesn't want to turn over. It'll crank but not start. I looked further into this by checking the fuel like that goes to the fuel rail, gas came out like it should. Then I checked the fuel injectors by having them and the fuel rail out and starting the car but no gas came out.. Later that day I turned the key to the ON position to get the fuel pump to well.. pump fuel. I did this three times then cranked it and tada! It turned over for a second then died. I'm so lost. It cranked and ran fine a day after that then i gave it some throttle and it died. It lost power. I replaced the fuel injectors and they still wouldn't let fuel by. I think somethings wrong with the relay for the injectors but I need another opinion on what this could be.

The ecu has completely control over the injectors. If they aren't spraying it's cause either the ecu doesn't want them to or the main relay is bad.

What was the reason for replacing the fuel pump ?

The fuel pump was the very original pump. Never replaced since the car was voucher and it gave out and showed the same signs that it's showing now. Plus the gas tank was bedded with rust so I cleaned it and took it to this local shop and they re cleaned it. How do I check the main relay?
