Perhaps you should read the codes and find out what exactly is not working. What OBD dizzy are you using? OBD0 dizzy does not work with OBD1 and 2 ECU. Your timing could be off. You could be missing other sensors or they are not plugged in correctly.

Did you check fuel/vacuum lines? I left a vacuum line off of the back of the intake one time.
Because there are so many lines and wires around the engine, you may have missed one that became shoved or placed out of the way. I always go around the engine components to see if I missed anything. Oftentimes, I have.

ill recheck the vacuum line but im pretty sure i got those connected. im not getting any engine codes. timing is not off i checked that already. now the throttle screw is something that i wanna check cuz i did take out the throttle body to clean it up before i installed it again. but there is a sensor in the back thermo fan switch not connected i dont have a plug on the harness that fit that. im using the thermostat from my b16a2 that has the same sensor on it that one plugs in fine. im using a obd1 distributor with a obd2 to a obd1 dizzy adapter.

You mentioned the use of an obd2b ecu, have you removed or disabled the immobilizer?
