Alright so I bought this EG 4 months ago and I came across a problem.

I've been stuck on this for about 2 months already and I am so lost.

I have a FIRST GENERATION B16A Converted to OBD1.
What happens is when I first start it and run it cold, it seems fine(to a point).
When the car is warmed it starts to Bog and runs like it has no Power. When I start off in first, I feel no pull at all but once it hits about 2k - 3k it kicks right in and then there's a pull, after that I have to maintain my throttle at least 25% open to feel it actually pull and accelerate. When I'm at WOT, there's nothing. Sometimes if I'm light on the gas, it will shake or I guess you can say hesitate.

So Far Ive Replaced my Plugs, Plug Wires, Cap, Rotor, and Fuel Filter.
I have two ECU's, JDM PR3(P30), and Chipped P28 to run a B16A.
I have tried both and the problem still occurs.

I also have a Clogged Cat and I'm really leaning towards that or my Fuel Injectors, or my Dizzy.

What I also came across today is quite confusing to me.
I know JDM B16's Run 2 o2 sensors, and I'm only running one(Since I have an aftermarket header) its a 4 wire too. It is semi wire tucked.
I'm really lost now and I hope you guys can help me because i've tried everything I can think of.

I unplugged that C16(the green plug right?) from the back on the longblock or head or w/e, i couldnt tell since the intake mani was in the way.
But I was gonna try and unplug the o2 sensor and see if itll fix my problem.
I couldnt find the plugs(except that one) so i just cut all four of those wires and it made my car run shakey and worse to me ill just re strip and connect them and use heatshrink.
