Holy Blank Batman we failed smog
What up everybody, so I just bought my crx I've been chasing down for a while now. Got all excited because I was going to get it registered today. Took it to get smogged and it turned out to be a bad idea.
I failed all the way across the board and bad too... Granted I bought it out of state and dude said it passed but that was a different state. So my question is this, would a basic tune up (plugs, wires, dist. cap, possible egr) fix this problem also the smog guy said he couldn't find the marker for ignition timing how do I fix that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Car has 200k miles on it and the engine god only knows ha ha dude said it got an engine swap back in 2010 but couldn't give me a mileage range.
