take the car to an exhaust shop and have them cut and turn the exhaust so it lines up for you.

or buy an exhaust manifold for a 99-00 si ( from what ive heard it, never tried it before)

Is it a b18 94-97 I believe? Because the header on those is shorter than the 98+ ones and you need a telescopic test pipe or other header.

Not true, but close.

The only short(er) manifold from a dc integra is the 94-99 gsr manifold. 00-01 gsr and 94-01 ls have the same exact a-pipes.

Regardless, if it's not fitting, do as others already said. Telescopic testpipe, or have a muffler shop make it work. They may not help you with it since you are not using a cat, but they may.
