So I just got my 96 civic running, and now I'm having issues with the windows. The passenger window is down about 3 inches and stuck there. Both windows will not work, but the fuses are fine. So I'm thinking the master switch is out? Anyone know of a way to test this?

Also my dash lights won't light up at all, once again the fuses are fine, just no dash lights... I'm thinking it might be a ground, but where?

A/C doesn't work, the comressor will not kick on. No idea what would cause that... fuses are all good there too.

 

Start here --> voltage test fuses 10, 11, 17, 24, 30, and 56.
