OEM Type-R Splash Guards (Mud Flaps)
So I've searched multiple places but I'm still getting mixed results and still am not sure what's true and what isn't...
My car: 1998 Type-R
What I have: 08P00-ST7-204 (front and rear splash guards for 98-01 according to the seller)
98-01 - P/N: 08P00-ST7-204 (front and rear) (discontinued, right?)
98-01 - P/N: ? (front) (discontinued, right?)
98-01 - P/N: ? (rear) (discontinued, right?)
94-97 - P/N: 08P00-ST7-203 (front and rear) (still for sale, I checked)
94-97 - P/N: 08P08-ST7-202 (front) (still for sale, I checked)
94-97 - P/N: 08P09-ST7-201 (rear) (still for sale, I checked)
My question is will 94-97 splash guards (front and/or rear) fit 98-01 also? Because some people say they will fit, some they won't, some say only fronts fit, some say one rears fit... According to the part numbers, 94-97 are different compared to 98-01 so I'm assuming that none should swap over...
The front and rear set that I have (P/N: 08P00-ST7-204) will fit my 1998 Type-R, correct? It's the correct for 98-01 cars, correct? Will either the front or rear from 94-97 fit my 1998 Type-R? Why aren't the part numbers the same if people are saying 94-01 splash guards are all the same? I'm very confused.

I'm pretty sure neither will fit considering the fenders changed in 98-01 didn't they?

Correct^
I just realized that when people do 94-97 to 98-01 front end conversions, that you DO NOT need to replace fenders seeing as they are the same.
Rears are different.

Front mud guards are all the same, from 94-01
Doesn't matter if using jdm front or USDM but fronts
Are all the same
Rear mud Gaurds on the other hand are different
From 94-97 and 98-01 the rears won't fit due to the
Newer rear bumper style
