I bought one on ebay for like 55, and just had it welded, go to golden auto and muffler in daly city, man best shop in the world put my carsound cat on in 10 min for 35 buxs. Plus they do full mandrel bent piping for for about 160
I bought mine from here http://www.zapperformance.com/ , for $55 and $5-10 for shipping. I acually got my cat converter, resinator, and Race muffler all Magnaflow for $160.

id call around muffler shops in your area to see if they carry the 2.25" flanges for the universal cat before you buy it on ebay. you may find it cheaper to buy the $98 one, but i would only pay 98 if it was new and welded good.
theres only one shop in my area that i know of that has 2.25" flanges

Pm the moderator ''b18c5-eh2'' ask him for advice/opinions about carsound and catco.
I've heard way to many bad stories about these companys and cat's if i would you i would just stay with OEM.
Because inless then 6 months the cat is just going to rot out.
