Full Exhaust!
Buy any cat back exhaust you want.
Go to a muffler shop.
Buy a catalytic converter and have the muffler shop put it together.
It's really not that hard.
You didn't fill out your profile with your location so I'm going to assume the worst that you state requires NoX smog testing on a dyno.
Do your homework on the catalytic converters. There are different constructions (honeycomb, ceramic plate, etc).
Cheaper construction and materials will give you poor SMOG test results.

Can you weld?
All you are needing to be done is weld flanges on the new catalytic converter so it bolts up to the cat-back and to your exhaust manifold/header.
Exhaust leaks are the devil to passing smog checks
