i drive 3 different del sols and none of them have this much body flex
its a 95 del sol vtec original model
and has way too much flex
its been hit in the front twice
once on pass side bottom core support (looks like it might have hit a ditch
second time hit another car on driver side.
im trying to figure out what i can do to stiffen the frame back to normal and find the weak points maybe some loose or broken spot welds.
whats the best way to go about it?
i dont want to start adding bunch of bars everywhere i want to fix the frame first

Take it to someone who can measure the frame and pull it if needed... not something you should do if you have never do it before.
Are you sure its the body flexing and not suspension issues?

a front end hit won't make the "frame flex". if there was spot welds broken in the strut tower , pillers and rocker area's then yes it would be very un-stable but the car would be demolished at that point.
del sol's have no roof so the front end and rear end sags when lifted. from factory they loaded the rocker and b piller area's with more high strength steal to reinforce those area's but it's natural for it to do that. del sol's actually weigh more then a lot of people think, a couple hundred pounds more than a civic coupe even though a delso is smaller in size.
another thing, your car is a uni-body so when you say "frame" understand there is a difference. a full frame would be a latter style and load bearing, uni-body is all structural parts spot welded together in symmetrical points to form the base of the car, but they do have frame rails (two in the front, two in the back)

I do have stiff coilovers but so did the other one
I also have brand new underbody urethane kit installed everything was brand new
one of them has ebay springs with blown oem shocks and 16s with 205 45 tire and a tree fell on it but its still not as flimsy as mine.
is there a difference in 93-94 and 95 models as far as unibody?

possible different grade of metal?
I noticed the 95 del sol vtec models have a lot more issues with door jamb metal cracking and falling out.
both of my 93 and 94 door jambs were 100% good.
my buddys 94 del sols are also good
but my 95 VTEC dohc and other vtec dohc del sols door jamb cracking is more common for some reason.
does stiffer suspension put more stress on the rest of the frame?
