I was driving around yesterday and my engine light came on, I noticed the car ran as if one if my wheels was out of balance. When I pulled over I let it idle then I reved it up a bit, it sounds as if it's running on 3 cylinders.

What could cause this code? My main relay looks good

 

Check your actual injectors, if those go south I believe that will throw a code 16 as well. (If you have MPFI the not running on all cylinders would seem to indicate this as well.)

 

I checked the resistance between the two terminals on my injectors and they were all either 3.1 or 3 ohms, where would I go from here?

 

With the key in ON check voltage from chassis ground to the + wire (the wire that is a different color) at each injector clip.

 

I just checked to make sure that there was 12v across the clip, which there was. I'm gonna do what you just said give me a minute

 

It checks out, 12.5V what the Hell is going on here? Stuck injector?

 

Is each injector clicking when the car is running? Maybe you need to clean them.

With the car running, take a screwdriver, touch the head to the injector and your ear to the handle. You should hear a rapid clicking.

Also, are the connections good? Are they nice and tight and not corroded?

 

a leaking injector can cause this code as well. make sure the o rings aren't leaking
