I have a 92 hatch and had to swap a d15 obd0 in it and I got the car to run but its hitting a rev limiter at 3300 and its pissing me off. I got two loose wires that went to the obd1 dizzy. One is blue/yellow and one is blue/green.both for cranks. How can I fix this?

 

yank that crappy motor back out and use a motor that isn't older than the car itself.
