wont get fuel on warm starts

wont get fuel on warm starts
so im having issues starting my 92 civic back up after shutting it down for a bit, i can hear the fuel pump not prime and whats weird ill start out with a check engine light then it will go away and the fuel pump will prime recently it the check engine light will kick back on when i go to start up. no issues once running and always starts up cold no issues. is this the main relay? fuel filter, pump?
