Default My riced out EG6. Get rid of hydraulics. Kanjo now!

It's been now 3 years i'm working on my car.

Many people like it. And i was searching for people who could hate what i did on her so i though... DAMN ! Yeah. Why don't we go on Honda Tech ? Haha.

So here's the specs:

Exterior :

- Wingswest front lip
- Wingswest Side skirts
- Fake TypeR rear lip
- F1 style mirrors
- Carbon Spoon like wing
- Seibon carbon fenders
- Carbon trunk
- Clear side markers
- Clear taillights
- B95-P color

Interior :

- Highend carbon kevlar seats
- Takata harnesses
- Showoffimports harness bar
- Blox shift ****
- Short shifter
- Password jdm shift boot
- Custom door panel
- QSP leather steering wheel
- Broadway mirror
- OEM Gathers rear speakers

Chassis :

- Morita system hydraulics suspension
- Buddyclub P1 white 16x7
- EBC turbo groove disk
- EBC yellow stuff pads
- ASR brace

Engine

- Wire tuck
- Shaved bay
- White paint
- Authentic lakers purple Civic wire cover
- Blue spark plugs wire
- HKS cams
- HKS catback
- HKS filter
- Tanabe header

I think it's all

So. How the car was when i get it.

And now, how it seats. Don't mind the sideskirts, it was not well plugged.

You may not like it, you may like. I was just trying to make something out of actual trend, 'cause imo, almost all the cars on shows are the same. My car is maybe "10 years too late", but at least, it's different.

Enjoy.

So you posted on here solely to see if anyone hated your car? That sounds very hellafresh stanceworks of you..... I liked the previous look, but if you like it that's all that matters.

It looks like a nice car minus the mismatched bay, fenders, and the taillights. Hydraulics are definitely different. Do you have any pics of it all the way up or three wheeling or anything?

Haha it was to show how low it can go. I must take other pictures at a decent high.

I was sarcastic haha. I just know people are some times not pretty open minded here. I don't care if people like or dislike. I like to show it 'cause i think it's pretty different. I like to get opinion and maybe new idea for the car.

I always love mismatched bays, i made it white to match the wheels.

Look at the video, i'm playing with it so you can see.

Don't mind the noise, it's the handbreak!

i can dig that you're doing something different. but there's a lot of attention to detail missing here. (i.e. the skirts and poor lamp fitment)

it's getting close, just clean it up a little...... but in all reality that really isn't that much different than

It's a lot different than Jimmy's EG. His EG had not cut corners with authentic parts. This was an Import Tuner featured car.

interesting, just realized that's why i didn't find this car interesting at all..

just no passion, passion by definition is all consuming,
you can just see it on the cars that have it, and the cars that don't...

Regardless of an ebay clip and bolt on car, vs a built jdm whorehouse,
if it's done right it's worth it.

Me too. I tried 4th gen and 6th gen, but EG is the best one imo.

I tried to find the worst thread title ever. Maybe that way, people can have a good surprise.

I get them from a Belgian friend.

I'm not agree. Imo, my car is pretty different than the one you posted.

Thanks. For the sideskirts, just read before.

Thanks. Have a clean rice is better than expected haha

eh.. could've been a fast car. but now the suspension is destroyed. I can appreciate the time and custom work that went into it and I give you props for it, just not my cup of tea.

I think carbon fiber parts were originally intended to be painted, but somewhere along the line some ricer decided not to paint their part and the trend followed.

With that said, those fenders look like **** unpainted and your hood doesn't fit straight.

It was a fast car. But i'm not a fast pilot, i'm not even a pilot. And i'm not into speed racing, time attack and stuff. Thanks for honesty. At least, i appreciate people who can see the work put into it.

Wanted something different than the so common Spoon type. But now, i'm thinking about getting Bomex mirrors.

Mh. I'm not sure about that. Imo, carbon parts were made for fast cars, track cars where pilot didn't give any **** about the look of the car. Painted or not, it was all about getting the fastest car.

Maybe the ricers keep the thing for their car yeah. I personally like how the carbon parts looks on the car, i won't paint them for sure.

Soooo some updates.

Put some decals on it, bought back my old rollcage, painted it white, stripped the interior and buy new harnesses.
