Icon2 AC problems

I have a 2000 Honda Civic LX. I bought all new ac components. (compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and expansion valve) I cleaned all the lines and put oil in the compressor. after getting it all hooked up I vacuumed the system for 15 mins and let sit for 5 mins there were no leaks. so I charged the system and it is blowing hot air. the clutch is turning on and off as it should. any ideas.

How much refrigerant did you add?

Low and high side pressures?

Does the condenser fan run?

This^ suggests that the "new" compressor is bad, or there's a problem with the expansion valve.
