Placed an order through Weksos two weeks ago and never got an e-mail invoice. I called them every day since the initial order and it just rings, e-mailed them numerous times and get no response, sent help tickets numerous times and get no response, and even faxed them and yet again no response. I never heard of any problems with Weksos, so I am a little concerned about this. Anyone know what may be going on? Thanks!

Where's the tech? Sounds like commerce/customer service issues.

 

ive had issues when ordering a buddy club exhaust took them a whole month before they told me they didnt have it and it had to be shipped from japan ended up having to dispute the charges with my card company, hopefully you wont have to do the same good luck customer service is crap.
