I have a 99 accord that is now boosted and converted to obd1 with a p28 neptune rtp package. The car never threw a cyp code before the block swap and on obd2. I tried 2 dizzy, they both throw the same code. The jumper harness has the right pinouts. I am wondering if the car could be out of timing which triggers that code, but that makes no sense because the car runs perfect. I just want the code gone.
