distributor timing
You cannot set timing unless car run. Car has to be running in any shape or form. Even if it's crap idle, it has to be running. Otherwise, there is no timing. Timing = synchronized time of the pistons firing. Pistons only fire when engine is running.
You said in your other thread that there's air and fuel? How do you know? Did you only check if the fuel pump primed? Do you even know if the injectors are spraying? Do you know if throttle body has some opening to give enough air to start the car? I suggest you stop creating multiple threads for the same problem.

Agreed. Not hard to read that. And see how we're in the "distributor timing" thread you made and checking for unrelated codes? Confusing.
If your SRS light isn't on while the car is running, don't worry about it.
I don't recall 100% but I'm pretty sure the SRS light blinks sometimes while you have the service connector jumped (to check codes) - just ignore it - as long as it's not throwing a light while it's on.
Just ignore the SRS light for now - as long as it's not on while the car's running I wouldn't worry about it worth of dick. Like I said, I recall it flashing while the 2p service connector is jumped sometimes. Though I don't remember specifically.
You are jumping the 2P connector though, and not the 3p one, right?
