Icon6 Fuel injectors going bad?

I have a 97 Honda civic

When I press the gas pedal it doesn't go like t should. There are no weird noises or a cel. I had a hesitating problem and found out it was the distributor, so I changed it. A month after that my alt went out. While I was changing it I noticed the small blk/yel wire in the engine wiring harness that goes to the alt had came loose from the plug. I jammed it back in to get the car running again. The same day the car wouldn't start and I had to change the main relay. Right now it's eating a lot of gas, takes about 2-3 seconds to start, and has the weird feeling with the gas pedal and picking up speed. I also can't seem to get it to idle under 1k rpms

I took a look at my fuel injectors and they have a little rust on them. Could that be the problem? I'm out of ideas
