No you can't go colour to colour, they are different from USDM and JDM, you need to wire them up the switch to the same spots as the USDM switch and then the new wires ran from the switch to the mirrors.

the ones for my 86 are the exact same colors as the USDM mirrors, there are just two extra wires for the mirror motors, what are you talking about the switch with the built in relay, every one I've seen has a separate control box for the mirror motors, the later model mirror control even looks identical to my early one, two wires from each mirror motor go to the control box and then there is an extra wire in the mirror switch plug for the signal to fold

The control box is a relay and this switch has the relay or control built-in
That lil bump that sticks out next to the plug

I can only jet the USDM or CAN wiring harness diagram, which I have, just can't get the JDM one, but it's ok, I'll just go wire by wire this weekend and get them working hopefully.

I only have the one and I got it online from Mitchel on demand. You need to have a account with them.
