Default Check engine on engine brake

Hi guy's,my honda b16a engine has a problem..
if i dont do any engine brake the CEL lights doesnt appear but if ill do the engine brake and ranges about 3k rpm the CEL light will turn on.
i cannot check it through the obd port its because the CEL wont appear if i turn the engine off & ignition on..

what is the possible cause of this problem?is it the 02 sensor not properly installed or the knock sensor?kindly give me any feedback so that i have an idea..thank you so much guy's & god bless!

im sorry i forgot to tell the set up of the engine its b16a block with b16b type r pistons.it has a higher compression.

i cannot pull out the code its because the CEL light doesnt appear when i restart the the engine..thanks

Don't turn the engine off. Pull over and pull the code.
