Quick question guys;

Am I right in thinking the ECU (pin 23 in OBD2a) grounds to the thermostat housing? - If so, what else grounds there?

Finally got a splutter out of her after chasing pin23, but its still not firing 100% so I'd guess its another related ground issue...
