Civic Wont Stay running
Ok I have searched and I am all out ideas. So I need as much help as possible. Ok so the other day I was about to sale the car, I have had the car sitting for the last 2 years because of money problems. I always removed the ECU and Battery. After the turbo build was finished, I crunk the car, checked for leaks and I let it run to see if it would overheat. It passed all those tests and never had a problem cranking or it staying running under its own power.
I havent crunk the car in about a year and when I went to start it last week it turned over but if I let off the gas pedal it would immediately die.The one time that it did stay on under its own power it idled low and when I gave it gas it died. Now I am stumped and I really want to get the car tuned but cant until I get this problem solved.
Now the car is on a Basemap and it is made for the setup. I havent drove the car around except to move it. It has 1000cc PTE injectors in it. I dont have the o2 sensor installed yet. I did remove the MAP sensor last month but I reinstalled it.
We had it running and noticed coolant leaking from a hose and tightned the hose down. Every since we cut it off after that it really doesnt want to stay on.
So my question is, Could it be the basemap going bad? Thats what one friend suggested. He said to put stock injectors in and cut the J1 jumper until it is time to get tuned.
I really need some answers and I would greatly appreciate any help you guys can give.

Cleaned the IACV just now, and its doing the same thing. I have to hold the throttle down just for the car to stay on. And when I try to idle it higher it doesnt want to rev any higher.
Ok I went and jumped the diagnostic wire for the ecu and got code 12. Thats an EGR issue which im sure is wrong because its an 0bd1 car. Motor is GSR bottom end and head is b16. What would cause error 12 to be thrown
