Default EG project car near complete Testing waters

I have a 92 CX hatch painted Nighthawk black pearl.
I dont have alot of time to finish this off and I need to just let it go.
Pefect candidate? Father who wants his kid in a decent car with some room to tinker and not spend a fortune.
Its a work in progress but not far from being a damn good car.

The body is 9 1/2 of 10. there is crack in paint (2 in) on the passenger side behind drivers door.
Engine B18B LS rebuilt by Ngoc and Mike at Synergy Autoworks in San Jose.
Have paperwork to show work done.
AEM cold air intake.
Blox half size aluminum radiator.
I barely have 1000K on the engine since rebuild.
B16 tranny No pop outs or grinds.
Exedy Stage one clutch( new.)
New heater core installed.
New axels.
New Avid racing torque mounts.
Carbon fiber duckbill spoiler.
Mugen replica front lip.

Wheels are Rota Circuit 8's 15 inch (new)
Tires are (new) Falken 205/50/15 only driven for break in. 1000mi
Brakes are GSR all the way around. Lots of pad left.
Blox street coilover shocks.
Near stock exhaust for that sleeper tone.

Interior:
JDM eg steering wheel. the one in the pic isnt installed.
No stereo.
No carpet, but I have a brand new preformed one in the box (grey)
Door panels have carbon fiber fabric insert w/ red stitching, the bottom half needs to be resprayed with adhesive and laid back down easy fix.
Shift boot and ebrake boots are also carbon fiber fabric with red stitching.
Currently there is a F-1 Spec Sparco Evo2 seat with low down seat sliders.
I do have the second seat with a second harness but no sliders.
The sliders can be bought at F-1 Spec in south san fran. about 100.00
Also installed is a 5 way Ultrashield racing harness. Harness is expired but condition is new, never used before I bought them.
Autopower roll bar. Im not a fan of roll bars in a street car but im too lazy to take it out.
I have a stock airbox (No tube) and windshield reservoir. not installed.
Various parts that i havent had time to install, like a stainless steel clutch line.
Rear extended studs. one piece of the windshield trim, not installed yet.
There is no rear seat, i dont have it, and with the roll bar in there is no way it would even fit, nor should there be a passenger riding around back there with one installed.

Clifford alarm (pop locks) with one remote.
The car is "BAR'D" and decaled for a B18B with the last smog in January.
It passed then with flying colors, and im positive it will now!
Serious buyers only, no tire kickers or wanna be's.
PM me if interested.
IM looking for 4K as is. Of course I'll get it smogged again so you dont have to worry about it.
If there are no takers, I'll finish it and sell it for more.

Silly question... what ever the new owner deems it to be complete.... hence why its a project car...
Its close to what i feel i would of called complete to my likes and taste.
But the new owner might decide to want to do more than i was willing to go.
So in an attempt to answer your question... there you have it.

Funny how you call them circuit 8s when they have 10 spokes. That would make them "circuit 10s". And by complete he means drive able. That usually completes a car to me.
