I just picked up a 91 DX sedan for a dd and noticed last night the pass side signal/marker/corner/whatever light stays on even when lights are off and key is off it doesn't blink it just stays on, what's goin on here?

 

It's probably the ICU behind the fuse box. You will need to have an electronics shop repair it or find a used one.
If you're lucky, you can rewire the corner light to work with the bumper light.

 

i know this is 3 years old..but wireing the marker lights to the bumper lights..will this work..did this work..i have a 91 civic sedan lx and the front fender amber marker lights will not work....both sides...but everything else works perfect.

 

The park lights? They're not supposed to flash. Does the wiring have power when your light switch is on? Does the ground wire ground to the chassis?
