Default new to the forums - 95' DX sedan auto

I just bought a 95' DX sedan auto with 94,800 mi.
tan interior, pm9-6 head and I believe D15-B7 block being a 92'+?

It's basically stock, no performance mods besides an air intake mod I did... as-well as weight reduction, that gives 50-MPG now.

Anyone have any incite for me on this car?
has 9.2:1 C/r with 6800 red-line? any other specs? what can I all do to get some more power. what're the pros/cons of this configuration?

^^ click this link and read through this....

if you want a pretty big jump in power then you need to be prepared to do an engine swap.
The digger you deep into your pockets the more power and torque you will have, being simple about it and not going into detail.

Yeah I was thinking B20 or K20w/ Kraftwerks supercharger when this explodes, but wasn't sure about investing that into the sedan. Thankyou for the link!

Hope it's not for what you have now, otherwise you'll be wasting money.

Also, you need to use Google and read the FAQs before you post again. This is one of those "frequently asked questions".

Everybody comes on here and posts regarding engine specs of the d15b7? which I don't even know I have?
kind of odd when you google it And had one post stating the difference between the b2 and b7, not to mention that took me 10 minutes to find as it is, and still I cant find any detailed engine specs from anybody or anywhere, thanks again for the info

Displacement : 1493 cm3
Bore and Stroke : 75 mm X 84.5 mm
Compression : 9.2:1
Power : 102 hp @ 5900 rpm & 98 ft·lbf @ 5000 rpm
Valvetrain : SOHC (4 valves per cylinder)
Fuel Control : OBD-1 MPFI

And I guess Edmunds is unreliable too?
Found this in another 10 seconds from the same Google search result.

Post on ClubCivic asking the same question you did

And to top it off you have an automatic. If you wanted "performance" from a Civic you should have bought another car.

There's no welcoming committee. Don't know what you're expecting. It's not a chatroom.

You got your questions answered and got a little schooling in that anything you could possibly ask has probably already been answered. You just have to look for it.

But lemme know if you need me to find info for you. I'll provide you with more links. And while you're at it you can read the link in my sig.

It amazes me how many times these "How do I make my 1.5 liter gas efficient car faster?" threads pop up, and half the time they are auto. If you want a faster car, sell yours and get something thats already a manual. You trying to convert to 5-speed, wouldnt be happening im guessing. Once you have a manual car, buy the biggest motor you can afford.
