I recently got an 86 Integra, and I put a 3" pipe from the rear axel back so I can learn to shift better. The car lacks in power and seems to idle at 400-700 rpm. I want to know if there are any cheap ways to increase power, I have taken out the back seats as well and taken out a little bit of trim, but I have to shift down to 3rd @ 5500 to keep from getting ran over on the freeway while going up ~15 degree hills.
