92 Accord f22 parts fit 92 Prelude?
i have a f22 non vtech accord has been sitting forever, timing belt broke and fried rings but it has a lot of good parts on it such as distributor, water pump, intake mani. It also has a spoon header. I just bought a 92 prelude and i would like to throw the header on it if it will fit but i havent got a chance to go check it out and see if it will be a direct swap. does any one know?

The F22b is the same as the H23a1 which are DOHC's
F22B:

H23a1:

But the F22a1 is a SOHC:
I have the single cam non vtec in both cars so I thought they should be Identical from what I read the only difference is the prelude has a more aggresivly tuned ecu
yeah they should be identical as long as they're both single cams. 90-93 accords came with the F22A motor. Along with the 92-96 Prelude S has the F22 so as long as there both single cams you should be able to swap parts no problem.

I have not read of anyone backdating a newer Accord or Prelude with an earlier AT to replace the troublesome later model units.
